General Shipping Questions
What are the shipping costs?
We keep our product cost low to meet fighters in the middle, and charge a flat rate for shipping of $6.90 Standard, and $13.90 express.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We pack all orders we receive on the same day for our couriers to collect. Pending your location, shipping can vary, but we use the Australian standards:
- Standard Post - 3-7 business days
- Express - 2-4 business days
Can I track my order?
We partner with Sendle, and a few other courier services, who do the heavy lifting and automatically send you a tracking number. If for whatever reason you don't receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, just hit us up at support@combatoptimal.com. More than happy to help.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit, we'll send you out a new item, free of charge. If it's damaged, take some snaps and send an enquiry through to support@combatoptimal.com for an assist.
Subscription Questions
How can I manage my subscription?
